You are a rental car. That’s what you are as a district manager or rep. Health insurance is extremely expensive which just makes their lowball salary even worse. They exploit you after they lay off your whole division and then contact you for a similar division with less pay bc they are terrible people…or as they say “the client makes these salary ranges.” Such a lie. Every car allowance that is decided by the client will be discounted by Syneos in their offer letter. Ex- If Syneos offers a job and says it’s 480 a month, that means the client gives 550-580 to Syneos for the car allowance despite you getting 480.
