      Great teams and manager is down to Earth. You learn a lot for sure

      Cons

      Unrealistic timelines and demands. Have had many aggressive projects burning folks out. Feel like we're understaffed and more work is thrown on our plate. Compared to competition, the salary is very low nor are there any bonuses. Don't feel like there's any growth or promotions once you've hit a senior level. Medical insurance has good coverage but I'm definitely paying a higher premium compared to the past.

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      Pros

      FSP work is great and feels stable, many of the people that work for syneos are very hard workers and have lots of experience in the industry

      Cons

      If your manager is not championing you, it is absolutely impossible to get salary increases/promotions. When promotions do occur, the compensation does not even come close to what it would be if you were an external applicant.
