Pros
- Salary negotiation - FSPP stocks invite - Unlimited PTO - Fairly Quick and easy Onboarding Process - Simple timesheet submissions - Lots of management resources available
Cons
- If you're dedicated to one sponsor you aren't too fond of, you're stuck with them - FSP 360 isn't truly an option for you to switch sponsors or projects if needed/wanted to - Double emails to check (CRO and Sponsor) - Double timesheets to submit (CRO and Sponsor) - Expense reports should be completed before your manager decides to take PTO - Unlimited PTO isn't truly accurate as you'll be swamped with work - Bonuses and yearly merit increases are not real so ask for a high salary during your interview
