      Pros

      Have had two managers, first was awful and a micromanager, the second one is way better, much more chill and friendly. Relatively okay work, good work/life balance

      Cons

      No room for growth, take forever to give promotions/raises, not many outside of my small team of five are actually friendly or willing to help if needed

      Great line Management structure. They really care about the full person.

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
