- Experience working with many pharma companies. - Pretty good pay although it is not as much as working for the company that Syneos partners with. - Quick hiring process.
Cons
- The job is temporary for a lot of common reasons: - Projects are contract based. Once the contract is up, there is no guarantee of renewal and you are out looking for a job. - If there is a reorg with the parent company Syneos is always the first to be let go. - You do the exact same job as the reps with the company you are partnering with however there is a clear separation of status: excluded from certain aspects of national sales meetings, awards are less than, pay is less etc. - Management is not in sync with partnering company's management which creates a lot of confusion down the chain of command. - Bait and switch
