      Love working from home, work/life balance, people have all been great, the benefits - especially the unlimited PTO are terrific, the fantastic onboarding process, availability of online training

      Cons

      Some concerns for the future due to the very recent purchase by a consortium of investors may change the company culture

      Bonus unstable for number of year. Not significant opportunity to move up.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
