      I worked in FSP and they really just care about you bringing money in from the sponsor. They don't care about you per day but as long as sponsor is happy you should be good.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
