Pros
Great PTO (unlimited), great work-life balance (I have never HAD to work past my 9-5 unless I chose to myself), current manager is great, majority interactions are great
Cons
Haven’t received a bonus for last 2 years due to company’s financial performance though higher-ups no doubt received their bonus, company went private so all my stock is basically worthless, had multiple manager changes within 1 year (some were good, some weren’t), not enough role specific support so you have to make mistakes to learn
