      Some good middle level managers who try to support

      Cons

      Lot of pressure for numbers, but not really providing support to achieve goals or quality of work. Employees are dispensable, many managers are indifferent and leadership just pushing for results, without understanding what they should do to improve them

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
