      Uneven distribution of work. There are some people that get 1-4 calls/day and others get 7-10. It is very clear that the ones that do little work are favorites of the managers. Management is not trustworthy. Everyone will know your health issues and personal requests. You will find anything you say will come back to bite you by management.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
