      Opportunity to work for many top pharmaceutical companies, great managers, colleagues and exposure to different therapeutic areas and products to promote.

      Cons

      They do not pay bonuses that are earned. Awful HR department that unlawfully deducts expenses from your paycheck and treats employees unjustly with a ruthless attitude.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
