      Fantastic work life balance. Great culture and leadership. They also were very supportive of growth and development even if leaving the company.

      Cons

      Contract sales but it’s not really a con or negative. Lower base than working directly for a larger company.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
