      Cons

      Management is in shambles and trying to keep a sinking ship afloat. No one likes working here. Everyone wants to leave (EU Country) FTE assignments are removed from reality and the company expects you to be assigned to 10 oncology studies. With 10 sites each. Non-existent benefits God-Complex Middle Managers.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
