      Large company with plenty of positions to apply in other states and countries. Every position is very compartmentalized and organized—good benefits, higher than an average match for 401K.

      Cons

      Stonewall makes it difficult for you to grow when you want to move up the corporate ladder. There are many problematic people within the company who never face any repercussions.

      You are never bored due to constant work

      Cons

      Lab is run horribly. Sample Management never sees promotions. Starting salary is good and then you’re trapped in quicksand. I was graded as the highest possible rating for my merit increase and got a $0.26 hourly increase. The company doesn’t care about everyone working on the back end of studies.
