The Elli Lilly project has a project in the Pharmacovigilance departments Horrible management Micro management No growth No recognition The managers are very mean and do not believe in giving all employees a chance of growth There is no rest. Work 24/7 and no employee engagement. No manager support. Multiple resignations. No considerable salary growth. Very toxic work culture . No employee engagement activity. They do not believe in employee engagement. The believe in targeting and threatening the employee and gradually firing the employe if things go wrong at the employees end. PIP is a new normal there. If you are in the lilly project be on the look out Bilal should not be your line manager.
