      Pros

      Many benefits which are good for the employee and flexible work hours. Work culture is good with decent compensation offered. However, it all depends on which team you work but in overall, it is a decent company with adequate balance of work/life and salary.

      Cons

      Flexibility of work from home is actually quite limited.
