      Pros

      Loved the company, position and team members;

      Cons

      Managers don't provide feedback I've requested feedback regarding my performance and if my position was at risk (due to headcoubt reduction) and it was told that I shouldn't be worried. A week before my probation finishes I was laid off with no performance reason.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.
