      Pros

      Working in such a big company is reasonable as you get ability to concentrate on your job, not paying attention on extra things, like inexperienced management and old/cheep tools.

      Cons

      As the company is too big, enhancement in the career can be rather slow.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
