Pros
Good initial salary. Flexible work, working with many customers, usually you can manage your time. Good people You can learn new technical stuff Working with people al over the world.
Cons
In 10 years we got maybe 1 raise (not only me) If you want to learn something it is in addition to your work. No place to promote in remote sites. Management requirement sometimes put you in conflict with your customers. No backup from management. No team activities, everyone to itself
