So many to mention. Atmosphere is horrible now, lots of incidents of people blaming each other at every opportunity, people swearing in someone’s face, the noise level in the office makes it hard to work, management is non-existent/missing. Certain individuals who are supposed to be in charge are usually out of the office or locked in their room and only ever speak to a handful of direct reports. The only time you hear from them is to listen to their boasts about cars, watches, the latest shiny thing they just bought....
Everyone knows about the sexual harassment cases that have been ignored. Can’t believe it’s 2018 and it’s not dealt with!
It’s really upsetting having to work here now. It wasn’t always like this, many of us are so sad.
