      Very good and fast growing product suite. Brand is market leader. Stock options. Amazing people around you, so warm and friendly atmosphere full of positive energy.

      Growth targets very challenging due to competition and heavily depends on Sales.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
