      Pros

      Now that I've been working here for a while, I can see that management genuinely cares about work-life balance. Not just a corporate slogan; they understand the value we bring to them and treat us accordingly. As a newer employee, I've found the employees to be smart, committed, and eager to help me succeed. Same with management, which seems to be superb.

      Cons

      So far, very few downsides. Tight IT budget makes it hard to support our users.

      If you want a CEO that specializes is tanking the stock firing engineers, getting the company hijacked by private equity, and cheating employees out of their bonuses using magic company performance math, this is the company for you.

      Cons

      The company’s greatest “pros” are also its greatest “cons”
