Pros
Good things - decent pay, decent physical work environment (cubicles), relevant to electronics industry, good upper management, not too much pressure - good work/life balance
Cons
Rent-seeking mentality, mediocre middle managers, not much room for career advancement, pay is only ok. The industry is overall not expanding and not very exciting. High expectations but limited support. Very rigid corporate environment.
