Some policies are made in such a way it benefits to only the top management or senior manager not to all employees. You feel as if you are working only for salary, u are never appreciated, no gifts or bonus, even on diwali. You dont feel special, just a common employee in the herd. The HR team is synopsys bangalore is led few people who have been present in the company for a long time and they dictate their own rules. If you question them you will be targeted.
