Good place for extremely non-greedy folks - Senior Staff R&D Engineer Synopsys Employee Review

Stagnant industry, almost non-existent career growth path, very low salary increase, and ever worsening benefit (401k match is $1500 !!!). No perks other than year-end cash bonus. If you've just started your career, and not going to stay for so long, or you're already earned enough to retire, but you want to belong to any organization, than this is right place for you. But, hey, it is a highly technology-driven company, and requires lots of expertise...., which you can find tons of other places that can provide a lot better compensation in return.
