      Legacy, outdated and mostly on prem tools & technology so learning curve declines in terms of market technologies (for Software folks) Slow growth in terms of hike No promotion (promotion if given are often based on favouritism) Policies are more bureaucratic as for simple task like final settlement it takes 2+ months to get whereas it says 30 days Hire and fire company - frequent layoffs every year June and Dec
