      Its a good place to work. Work life balance is good. You should get a better manager to enjoy your work here.

      Cons

      No much visibility to the management. Management has to recognize work indiviually instead of relying on manager's feed back. Always management driven

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
