      Pros

      The company is quite generous in giving out bonus when the company is having profit. Growth opportunity is there if you work hard.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything really bad about the company. If there is any downside, it is about the whole EDA industry. The market for EDA tools is not growing much, compared with other areas like the internet.

      Flexible work environment, above average salary

      Cons

      Company is very unstable after the merger of Ansys with Synopsys. They are going through a massive restructuring, and my entire team is being replaced by automation and overseas outsourcing.
