Base salaries are competitive and bonuses are reliably distributed end of every year.

Aging company with aging employees, very stagnant EDA industry with a very limited market cap, implying no room for scalability and growth. Benefits are minimalistic - no stocks for employees below a very senior level. Health benefit plan is very frugal with high out-of-pocket payment. No free food and no glamorous perks that are becoming so common in the Bay Area these days.
