      Pros

      Some people are technically strong.

      Cons

      Very bad managers. Lot of politics. Bangalore VCS centre is on verge of collapse due to politics and bias. New CEO is not good. R&D are treated very badly. No increment and RSU given had also declined by huge percentage.

      Leadership is composed of long time employees who are not up to date with current times. Many broken processes Poor planning with acquisition of Ansys Retention efforts of key Ansys team members very poor
