Do not break eggs and ensure time is spent reporting the same data 10 different ways, each of which will change each week. If you are ok showing up to meaningless meetings, wearing your magenta, then you will be fine. If you actually want to accomplish something, forget it. Fake Work Everywhere - Way too many people manage processes, all of which add egregious amounts of time to any effort. Have a car? Forget about parking. Even FTEs are now parking offsite.
