Pros
T-Mobile provides a safe, happy work environment. The ability to grow both professionally and personally is a plus, as you get paid for your own sucess. They often provide continued education classes that have really developed my communication skills, and that is priceless. This company provides me with job security, and compensates very well for worked time.
Cons
Corporate politics are a huge downside. Many times perception prevails over performance, and can hinder one from being promoted.
