Pros
The benefits are phenomenal from T-mobile USA and so is the pay for the area based on the job/position requirements. They offer a lot of tools and training to aid in your day to day job responabilities.
Cons
The everchanging environment, policies, and requirements was frustrating. The position requirements changed a lot over the years, moving from more of a customer driven position to a sales drive position.
