      Great pay and benefits, consistent work schedule. I always gets 2 days off in a row and holidays are either off paid or worked holidays are 2.5 times pay.

      Cons

      Stress and constant change of procedures. A lot of micromanagement and this job simply keeps you on your toes when trying to adapt to change.
