Pros
Great management. Well paid and treated employees with respect. Wide range of training opportunities were offered to all as needed to support various job functions. Great Rewards and Recognition programs to well performing employees
Cons
Redundancy in work force in most areas which lead to eventually reduction in jobs which lead to lay offs. Contractors hiring is another negative thing which should be avoided to encourage full time employees to work with diligence. Hiring a few untalented employees which leads to the overhead in training time
