      Pros

      Exposure within the company makes it easier to move to where you want to be. The hours are extremely flexible.

      Cons

      Very political in that if you don't get along with the right people, you run into a roadblock. When partnering up to do projects, employees who are higher up in the ranks treat you like an assistant more than a partner, which makes doing projects extremely displeasing.
