      Pros

      Tmobile has provided me with tuition reimbursement since the start of my employment which has greatly eased the burden of paying for college. They also offer full benefits even for part time employees. Pay is still good even though Tmobile‘s commission structure isn’t as great as it used to be.

      Cons

      New commission structure has impacted my own as well as my fellow coworkers pay in a negative way. Seems as if with each change we make less and less.
