Absolutely wonderful environment, supportive co-workers, upbeat atmosphere that celebrates successes. You feel connected with the company because it doesn't seem far-fetched to even meet our CEO. The benefits are amazing and don't take too much out of your paycheck. Monthly bonuses based on performances can double your paycheck. T-Mobile is also very inclusive, welcoming all walks of life. They honor veterans and military and look to hire within that frame, which is something I highly respect.

As with all customer service, it can be emotionally taxing, and the breaks aren't very long.
