      Pros

      Great people for the most part. Lots of benefits - various health plans to choose from, ESPP, yearly stock grant, yearly bonus.

      Cons

      Change is constant. Underperformers are shielded by management - very cliquish. It's who you are friends with and not how you perform. Plenty of questionable practice. Big morale issue throughout corporate @ HQ
