      Pros

      T-Mobile is a good place to work. It wants to do right by its customers and its employees. If you are passionate about making a difference in your work, T-Mobile is a good place to be. People truely care about what you want to do, and help you get there.

      Cons

      I am not sure SLT is ready to lead a company of this size. Its a challenge to follow a thought process of leadership. RD, Nokes, and the team like to hire "their people" and let them lead to a fault even when they are not cut out for their position.
