None. It's a toxic and very schizophrenic environment
Cons
Poor leadership at every level. No clear vision for the future. No work/life balance - very common for people to work 80hrs/week and 7 days/week. Embarrassingly poor facilities. They feign inclusion, but it is facetime only. Very much a good old boy environment.
