Pros
The company overall has good policies, they believe in work life balance and flexible schedules. The company as a whole does a good job recognizing strong performers and it seems that there are many opportunities for advancement especially when you start in an entry level position either with Customer service or Engineering
Cons
Not all managers apply company policy the same way. It's very much dependent upon your direct manager how good it is as a place to work. The company has a very high turnover rate so it's not uncommon to be in a meeting with 3 months on the job and be the most senior person in the room.
