Pros

Historically T-Mobile has been a great company to work for based on benefits, PTO and work life balance

Cons

The merger with sprint has changed the vibe and values at T-Mobile. T-Mobile is working towards a 70% work from office policy and 30% work from home. My best guess is that means 4 days in the office and 1 day to work from home. After the pandemic, I am not sure why they would think this would fly with their employees.

Pros

Wireless service discount Decent vision insurance Co-workers

Cons

Leadership Scheduling Work/life balance Stress Broken everything - half of the tools and resources don’t work No room to grow your career anymore unless you suck up. If you’re blunt and honest you’ll be an outcast - they’ve fostered an environment where they only want cheerleaders. Constantly changing goal posts Frequent restructuring
