      This company is all about inclusiveness and it has a fairly decent compensation package

      This company is used to relying on contractors from India for its IT (at least on the business account side). They are hiring more and more full-time employees, but mid-level management struggles to treat them like employees and not contractors. They also struggle setting expectations that result in proper work-life balance.
