Pros

The compensation and benefits are great, and can be unbelievable beneficial if you really know how to hustle. The company has great values and is very accepting of diversity and innovation.

Cons

You are constantly apologizing on behalf of the company to customers for: awful cell coverage, confusing billing methods, faulty devices, and misleading advertising to name a few. The low-price and low-quality of the service also tends to attract a customer base that may be uncomfortable for some to deal with- one must have thick skin to work retail here.
