Pros
T-Mobile allowed me to learn and do many different roles and projects throughout my tenure. I was able to continue to develop as a leader and use those skills in each of my positions. Many projects I was assigned didn't have much direction or guidance, and that is a place I thrive in, and enjoy! The people there are wonderful and inclusive!
Cons
Recently some decisions have been hard to hear and take in. Pulling folks in from remote with some have been remote well before the pandemic. They were able to show they were building relationships and getting work done, but now are losing their positions due to their locations. Also the recent reduction of roles within the call centers was heartbreaking to hear and watch. The workload from those laid off will not be removed, and those that stay will have a substantial increase of workload.
