      Job Security ! I haven't seen anybody got fired from my team.

      Cons

      Engineering teams are managed by non engineer people who come from sales. Scrum masters are ridiculously powerful and micromanage engineers. It is just insanity try to convince non-technical people that you are working on some technical difficulties.
