Used to be a great company - Program Manager T-Mobile Employee Review

T-Mobile used to be such a great company to work for. Their culture has gone down the drain since the merger. Forcing employees to return to office at a telecommunication company is a hard sell. What is worse is management. They have made every process so complicated by requiring multiple layers of approval. I used to love this company, but they no longer care. There are still good people there, but my guess is those good employees won't stay for much longer. Good luck for those starting out. Hope you have a better experience than I did.
