      Benefits are AMAZING! Health, Phone Plan, Free Money for College

      Cons

      Unrealistic Expectations. Lack of upward mobility in different career paths (if you start in retail, you will stay there, even with a degree) although you can move up, it is hard to get into another division of the company.
