      Flexibility, yearly raises, freedom to make a difference. I have control over my career, management stands behind my ideas for improvement and empowers me to make a difference.

      Cons

      My position requires a 24x7 on-call rotation. This can be burdensome on the family, however it has more to do with my position, not the company.
